Cause
This error occurs when the reorganization journal file for the reorganization being restarted has been removed from the current journal directory for the environment. The file name is reorgjournal_journal-number_file-offset, in which journal-number and file-offset refer to the journal LSN of the startReorg entry.
Action
If the reorganization journal file can be restored, restore the file and restart the reorganization. If the reorganization journal file cannot be restored, abort the reorganization and then retry the reorganization.
