Cause
This error is raised by the operating system if an error is found on the last database read or write operation. This can occur for several reasons; for example, a hardware device error, file corruption, a security issue, or a software problem.
Action
Refer to the JADE messages log file (jommsg.log) for a description of the error reported and then take the appropriate action. If this does not provide a solution, contact your local JADE support center or JADE Support if your JADE licenses include support.
