Insert Menu

Use the Insert menu to insert fields and features into your report design. The commands provided by the Insert menu are listed in the following table.

Literal	Inserts a Literal
Picture	Inserts a Picture
Database Field	Displays the System sheet of the Catalog of Available Fields dialog
Special Field	Inserts a Special field (date, time, page number, total pages, and so on)
Script	Displays the Script sheet of the Catalog of Available Fields dialog
Summary	Displays the Summary sheet of the Catalog of Available Fields dialog
Parameter	Displays the Param sheet of the Catalog of Available Fields dialog
Method	Displays the Methods sheet of the Catalog of Available Fields dialog
Report Variable	Displays the Variables sheet of the Catalog of Available Fields dialog
Line	Inserts a Line
Box	Inserts a Box
Group	Displays the Add New Group Section dialog
Profile	Displays the Profile Properties dialog
