Important Prerequisites before Upgrading to 6.3

The 6.3.0 release of ICM included an upgrade to JADE 2020 with the underlying JADE database engine and runtime kernel.

 

Before you upgrade from a 6.2 version of ICM to version 6.3:

1. Run a meta-certify to check your system has no meta-data issues

2. Check your version of the Microsoft Visual C++ 2017 Redistributable libraries
