Select All Command

Use the Select All command from the Edit menu to select all fields, lines, and boxes in the report. You can then select the Copy command to copy the selected items to the clipboard, for example.

To selected all fields, lines, and boxes in the report, perform one of the following actions

You can select all fields, lines, and boxes in a report section, by selecting the Select All command from the popup menu that is displayed when you right-click in that section or you can click and drag a rectangle so that all fields, lines, and boxes within the rectangle are selected.
