Type: Integer

The mode property of the File class contains the mode in which a file is accessed. This property can be associated with one of the File class constant values listed in the following table.

Mode_Append	3	Append file (output only)
Mode_IO	0	Input-Output file (the default)
Mode_Input	1	Input file only
Mode_Output	2	Output file only
