Creating a New Folder

To create a new folder

  1. Click the parent folder in which you want to create the new folder.

  2. Perform one of the following actions.

    The new folder is then added as a child folder to the selected folder, as shown in the following diagram in which a new child folder has been added to the Reports parent folder. The default new folder name, New Folder, is displayed and selected, to enable you to enter a new folder name.

  3. Type a name for the new folder and then press the ENTER key or click anywhere in the window. You cannot use the slash character (/) in your folder name.
