The optional createDeltaIfMissing parameter enables you to specify whether you want a delta created if you specify in the delta parameter the name of a delta that does not exist.
The default value of this parameter is false; that is, the delta is not created and the load process fails if you no do not set this parameter to true and you specify values in the delta and userName parameters.
