Select the Exit command from the File menu to terminate the JADE Monitor.
To exit from the JADE Monitor, perform one of the following actions
Select the Exit command from the File menu.
Click the close icon at the top right corner of the window or select the Close command from the Control-Menu.
Press ALT+F4.
When you exit from the JADE Monitor:
Your current window settings are saved
The JADE Monitor is closed
All locks and the log file are released
All objects are cleared from memory
Any current runtime JADE application is not terminated when you exit from a JADE development work session.
