The outputDir parameter specifies the directory in which the base backupinfo database file and the latest partial backupinfo database file are to be merged. You must specify an existing directory that is valid on the server. The directory is created if it is not present.
This parameter must be specified if the jdbutlib command line contains the makeBackupInfo command.
